The proceedings of the workshop will be published by the International Journal of Modern Physics D. The works shall be written in the journal format, using the files: 140-ijmpd_2e.zip agmt.pdf Latex_B.pdf template-d.tex The papers will be 8 pages long for  seminars and 4 pages for the participants contributions.
