Which new suitable working conditions fulfill women's needs during their education and in tenure-track vs. other academic positions? job splitting; job sharing; flexible working hours;
Are there factors that facilitate women's success in physics?
Which of these are necessary to bring scientific work and family tasks together? the maximum possible guidance and encouragement; providing clear opportunities for well-qualified women;mentoring; job opportunities.
Need for family friendly infrastructure: timetable for meetings, seminars; opening hours for libraries and tutorials; child care near the working place.
