Prof. Edward Lorenz (the "father" of chaos) and "shrimps"

In his last paper, Prof. Edward N. Lorenz rediscovered "shrimps" in discrete-time systems (maps)
and, in an endnote, graciously aknowledged the priority of our work, published in PRL in 1993.
He then cited 4 of our earlier (1993-99) papers:
