General Information 1. Conference Date and Location: The XII HADRON PHYSICS Conference will be held from April 22 to 27, 2012 in the Dallonder Grande Hotel, http://www.dallondergrandehotel.com.br/ , in Bento Gonçalves, state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. 2. Accomodation: We have made a special arrangment with the Dallonder Grande Hotel and the rate during the meeting will be R$141,00 in a triple room, R$152,00 in a double room, and R$199,00
in a single room (1 US dolar is approximately 1.75 reais). This price
covers also all lunches, cofee-breaks and the conference dinner.

3. Registration: The deadline for
the official registration is March 22, 2012. The registration fee is R$ 250,00 (about 108,00 Euros). The reduced registration fee for students is R$ 125,00 (about 54 Euros). 4. VISA
requirements: Besides a valid
passport a tourist visa may be required for citizens of some countries.
In this case, visas can be obtained from the Brazilian Consulate or
Embassy in the country of origin. Please let us know if you need an
invitation letter for issuing the visa. 5. Bus information: There will be buses
leaving to Bento Gonçalves from Porto Alegre in April 22 (departure around 17h) and leaving from Bento Gonçalves in the afternoon of April 27
