1. Accommodation

The organization of the meeting is not responsible for the accommodation of the participants.

We offer the option that participants may use Plinc Turismo, the official event agency. The agency offers a list of hotels and guesthouses located in Gramado with more affordable values.

2. Transportation

There will be two forms of transportation:

1. The official transportation between Porto Alegre-Gramado: details still to be confirmed .

2. When booking for the hotel, Plinc Turismo agency will also offer you a private transfer from the Porto Alegre airport to Gramado and back to the airport, which you may choose if you prefer.

The participant should inform the transportation option and the hotel name to the Organizing Committee
